    Does the csv file import expect the correctly labeled incoming data columns to be in the sequence of your example? E.g. could \”last name\” be the 10th column in the file?

    I have a 500 row member file with many columns in common with your DB structure. But the columns are in different order; e.g. my “Last Name” is in column 1, yours is in column 4.

    Do I have to reorder my columns to match yours in the csv file? Or will your import accept the columns in my order?

    Hi, you should follow the structure of the sample file. This will avoid any issues when importing the CSV file into your website.
