If you register you don't get register for mailchimp

Hi,
I setup your plugin with the addon for Mailchimp and setup that also and everything is working fine but I don’t get signup for mailchimp list when I register, what can I do?

I have put in the API and also set up member level with the mailchimp list name etc…

Hi, can you make sure that the list is active? If it is can you test a different list to see if that works.

It’s active and have test with other list and it works so I wonder if it can have something to do with what name you have on a list?

Check to make sure the list is active. I know some have come across that issue before.

I have been in contact with mailchimp and they has checked so it’s active

Can you carry out a test for me. Create a test list in MailChimp. Then add that list to the membership level. Then enable Debug mode in the plugin. Then carry out a sign up. Then check to see if you have been added to MailChimp test list. If you have not can you check the log file and report back.

Hi, the log file says it cannot find the list in question. Is this list added to your MailChimp account? Do you have more than one MailChimp accounts?

Hi again, no I have only one and it works with other old lists but not this one. How can we move further? I have setup correct everything is like the other list so no problem.

I am not sure how to move further if the plugin cannot detect the new list you created. There must be something wrong with the list. As per log file above.

What version of the mailchimp addon plugin are you using? I might be completely wrong, but the old version uses the old Mailchimp 1.3 API and I have in my mind that it was depreciated and access via it possibly even ended now.
