im not using the plugin login form, but the default wp login, thats because im using also a social login plugin that works only on the default wp login. Ok, so the users logged-in are not counted wit this membership plugin…so all the protected post, the message is like the user isnt logged-in and they are prompted to login and i dont want that…what can i do?

At present you could try giving your WordPress users total access by including them as members. You can achieve that with the WP User Import add-on.

Sorry I don’t understand what you mean by the following….

    Will this be fixed

The plugin is designed to not integrate with the WordPress Users. However you can import WordPress users into this plugin membership.

Hi, you only need to import the WordPress users to the plugin once. Of course if you have new WordPress users signing up then you will also have to import them to the membership plugin if that is what you want.

This is what I was going to ask. There are basically two logins using this software correct?
I am seeing members log out of your software but still logged in. what happens is they can not get to the login page because it keeps saying logged in. yet they can’t see the hidden pages.

I am starting to worry about my purchase because this software is not working together with wordpress at all.

    Hi regarding the following question.

There are basically two logins using this software correct?

Yes, there is the WordPress login which is independent to this plugin and Simple Membership login.

Can you provide more information regarding the following comment.

I am seeing members log out of your software but still logged in.

Can you enable debug mode and carry out a login activity. After the activity can you check the log file.

    Thank you
