    I have set up a monthly payment using stripe when updating to a subscribed member. I would like to add 8% consumption tax to that charge and 10% consumption tax from October, but I do not know how to set it.

    Recurring subscriptions, regardless of payment gateway, cannot be “taxed” as a separate line item (fee). It is best to build the tax into your subscription rate; and then make the statement that the subscription cost includes all applicable taxes.
