ParticipantFor the second time in a row, your plugin update has brought down my website. I’ve just uploaded to your latest version and now my site is down again. Here’s the error log…

ParticipantHi. We’re running WordPress 4.6.12 and PHP Version 5.4.45. We are unable to update beyond that due to the theme used and some of the custom plugins. It has not been an issue until now and the plugin website doesn’t say these are incompatible.

ModeratorHi,
We’re running WordPress 4.6.12 and PHP Version 5.4.45.
This is the reason why you can’t update to the latest version of the plugin. Your PHP and WordPress versions are too old. This represents a security risk.
We are unable to update beyond that due to the theme used and some of the custom plugins. It has not been an issue until now and the plugin website doesn’t say these are incompatible.
I would suggest that you update your theme or change it. I would also hire a developer to update your custom plugins. If you can’t hire someone, you might like to consider using an alternative plugin. In my humble opinion you should always stay up to date for stability, security and performance.
Let me know if you need more information or help.
Kind regards

Moderator@CSFLA — Please consider updating to the latest version of WordPress, as ALL version of WordPress, earlier than 4.9.7 are affected by a file deletion issue.
Also, please note, the MINIMUM recommended PHP version is now 7.2, as per WordPress.
