How to enable search of country?

I have a member directory with 6000 members and they want to be able to see who is working in the same field in the same country, so I need to be able to offer search on country and search on specific custom fields we add, like if they attended the conference in 2025 and / or 2026.

Update: We have added the option to search by country for the directory listing addon.
