How to display company logo in the email draft?

I tried adding the logo through the add image function and it shows in the email body. BUT when the email gets sent to the member, it only shows the hyperlink to the image and not the image

example:

This is what is sent to the member instead of the logo I inserted. Please help

reply for clarification. This is what the member sees in the email. Link to the image instead of the logo itself

Emails are sent as plain text. There is no HTML email send option supported.
