How to display all the membership options in the registration form

Hello,
I have created free and paid-for membership plans in my website but the registration form (from the shortcode) only displays the Free plan in the membership levels. How do I get my SM registration form to show the different membership plans to visitors on the registration form?

Ok, I’ve found how to use the ID to display a specific membership level for the registration form but when I complete it, SM does not ask me for payment. Is there a way to incorporate the payment button in the registration form? Or will SM only let you register for a premium plan after making payment?

Ideally, I should like registration and payment to be an integrated action, not two separate ones.
