How do I allow members to choose their own password

Hello friends,
I have being desperately trying to find an answer to this but in vain.
I am using Simple Membership Plugin and loving it, however whenever member request to change password, they receive a predefined password in the email and they do not have an option to choose their own password. Can someone please help me how do I enable it.

Please note that I am novice-intermediate skills with WordPress.

Hi, can you check the following settings. Go to Email Settings -> Email Settings (Password Reset). What do you see in the Email Body?
