How can I get the Form Building Download I have paid for but not received?

Apologies if this is not the right place but I have not received any response to my requests so have nowhere else to go.

Is there an issue with sending the download emails once payment has been made?
I paid for the Form building download via PalPal last week on 13 August (18:30 UK BST) but received no confirmation of payment and no download link for the Add on.
I have checked with my credit card provider and they confirm that the transaction has definitely been taken by PayPal. They have suggested I get in touch with PayPal to explain the goods haven’t been received.
However, I am hoping it is just a glitch and can be resolved. I would rather receive the download so I can finish the members area I am currently working on.

I have raised several support requests but heard nothing.

Is anyone able to help with this.
Apologies again if this is not the right place. Not sure what else I can do other than request a refund via paypal.

Thank you. Unfortunately, the email received this morning had an out of date link. It was sent at 01:26 UK BST and said it was available for 48 hours. However, at 10:09 UK BST it was already expired! Please can you ask them to send an unexpired link. Thanks for your help.

Just sent you another one. Is your email server doing any scanning? That could be using up the usage of the link.
