Hide membership in the registration form

Hello,

Is it possible to hide what kind of membership people register for in the registration form? I don’t use the plugin like that. I just use the plugin so that people can get into some pages when the register. And its necesairy for my site that the receive a password etc.
But I don’t need them to see anything about a membership…

Another question: I am thinking about buying the addon form builder. Now the email that is been send to me when people register only contains name and password. Is it possible that this email contains more information? Most importantly the email of the registered person, but also other information?

Yes, This is the website page where I have the membership registration:

In the bottom it says in Spanish: Membership level: bailarines.

Is it possible to not show this? Because in my case this is not relevant….
