Help please. I was installing this plugin and was logged out during the process of setup, and now the I can no longer access my wp admin menu.
My admin account was not setup as a simple user, and admin menu option is hidden.How can I restore the admin menu. Thx.
It appears the permissions have made me unable to view the toolbar admin menus. The toolbar appears in white but has no options for editing content.
I wonder if you can login to your control panel on your hosting provider and go to file manager, and access your files there and delete the plug-in altogether. I would try that myself first. Then try logging back in as your admin.
My control panel is ______.com:xxxx, where the x’s stand for 4 numbers. Not sure what yours are.
