I am new to the forum, so hope this is the correct place to start a new thread?

I would like to change “Free Membership Level ID” to a number that corresponds to my Guest Pass ID.

When I try to assign the ID in settings / “Assign free membership level ID” it already contains my admin username (in yellow) and won’t allow me to change it and defaulting back to my username after each save.

I am guessing there maybe a conflict of id’s but I’m unsure how to resolve, please help?

Further update – If I login to the Membership Plugin using Chrome it allows me to change the “Free Membership Level ID” field with no problems. When I use Safari the ID field always reverts back to Admin Username. I have tried removing all the plugins, but this didn’t help. Editing the field using Safari – private window worked also.

I tried a local install with the twenty sixteen theme and all browsers worked OK. I am currently using the Divi theme, perhaps this could be the issue?

Any help or advice would be great – many thanks!

Hi, in regards to your comment below.

Can you test Twenty Sixteen theme in your live site? If this works then you know your issue is with your current theme. Your best option is to contact the theme developers. They should be able to locate the issue in the theme and provide a fix.

    Regards
