Tagged: disabled, free, membership, premium
I have free membership enabled on my site, and in fact most of my members are registered as free membership. A new member just signed up for a $25 membership and when she tried to login she got the message:
“Error! Invalid Request. Could not find a match for the given security code and the user ID.
Free membership is disabled on this site. Please make a payment from the Join us page to pay for a premium membership.”
First, please be aware that I am not concerned with why she got this message. I know why and it’s not a problem.
My concern is that the statement is wrong in the following:
1. My site DOES have ACTIVE free memberships.
2. She had already made a payment.
3. She had already registered and was just trying to login.
I need to remove that whole “Free membership statement”. Can you please tell me where I do this.
Thank you!
Hi Mary, you can edit the message in the following file classes/class.Front-Registration.php
Thank you mbr. That’s exactly what I needed.
