formatting forms for phone screens

I’ve found that the Register and Edit Profile forms are too wide for phone screens, and not scrollable. Is there any way to format them so they fit on a phone screen and look good?

Yes I am, and everything on the site works well on phone screens apart from those 2 forms.

We have added a new option for this. Check it out by going to the advanced settings menu and then enabling the following option:

Activate New Form and Validation Interface

Thanks for this. I have enabled the new option. Will it fix existing forms on my site, or only new ones I create from now?

It will update your existing registration and profile form that the core plugin shows on the registration and profile edit pages.
