ParticipantHello, I just purchased the form builder add on. When I install the form shortcode add on so that I can add different forms for different membership levels, the plugin is broken in the dashboard.
Please advise.

ParticipantHi, I am having the same issue with this. Actually how its supposed to work at all.
I purchased the form builder and cannot figure out how to integrate the forms I built AT ALL. Patricelow seems to be using the shortcode generator,,, is that the way it is supposed to work?
The documentation on how to implement these forms is greatly lacking. I need some help.
Please!

KeymasterThe forms you create using the form builder will replace your existing standard registration page form (automatically). Have you created some custom forms using the documentation below?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-form-builder-addon/Please post a link to your registration page so I can check it.

ParticipantYes, I have created three different forms as I have three different membership levels…hence the reason I upgraded to pro. I can only view one membership form as of now. When I try to install the form shortcode plugin, it’s completely broken. I also don’t show any type integration with MailChimp.

ParticipantThe registration page is not changing for me. I also have several forms I have created per the instructions given. Maybe I’m just missing something but it just does not seem to work as advertised.

KeymasterHave you done steps 1, 2 and 3 from the addon usage section of the following page?
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/simple-membership-registration-form-shortcode-generator/If you have, can you tell me what shortcode you entered in that page? Also, give me a link to that page so I can check a few things.

ParticipantThe form short code generator does not work now. I even deleted it and re-installed but when I click on it I get:

ParticipantHow exactly do I get the new plugin?
Sorry if this is ignorant, but I guess I was expecting to see a plugin update from my site. What do I need to do?
Thanks for the help, I really appreciate your support.
