I downloaded the form short code add on but there is no zip file to upload. It gives me a list of files and when I try uploading the whole file it drops to a menu of other files and I can’t upload any one of those. This is frustrating.
Are you using a mac which may have unzipped the file for you automatically?
You can install the plugin directly from WordPress so no need to download anything:
