Form Not Found

Trying to get my membership running. I got through the paypal process, but when I get the confirmation email and click the link, it takes me to a page on my site with the error “form not found!” This is the confirmation link. Thanks for your help!

Are you using the Form Builder add-on? This error message is referring to the form not available. How many forms do you have? Are you currently using a Free and paid membership form.
