Form Creation

Hi, Do you have to create a form for each membership level because I have created a form for all levels and want to create a renewal form, which will have a lot less fields, and it gives me an error: Error! Combination of membership level and form type must be unique. As I only have Registration and Profile options i’m not sure what to do.

for each membership level, you can have only one registration form and one profile form. we imposed this restriction to ensure smooth functionality. adding a third form for a membership level isn’t supported at the moment.
