Form builder with wp 4.4

Hi there.

We have a fresh copy of WP installed with a fresh copy of Simple Membership Plugin.
We have purchased the Form builder as well.
Everything seems to work fine, other than the Form Builder.
When we go to add a field to a new form we get the following JS error

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'match' of undefined
swpm-admin.js?ver=20140412:263

We get the same error when editing a form.

On the front end of the website when going to the register page we get this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_value() on a non-object in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-fb-form.php on line 64

Not quite sure what is going on there.

Any help would be much appreciated.
