Form Builder Questions

I submitted a request to my company so I can purchase the Form Builder add on. While waiting for that to come through, I have some questions.

1) Once I create the form and I capture the info that I need. Is there a way to export the data to send correspondence that can’t be emailed?

2) Does the membership plug in have to be re-installed once the form builder is installed?

Hi, thank you for your interest in purchasing the Form Builder add-on. In regards to your first question, as far as I know there is no option to export the information you requested.

In regards to your second question, no you don’t have to re-install Simple Membership plugin.

ok. Permission to buy the form builder was achieved. I see random issues here about the plugin and some issues with linking the form to the membership level. Where is the current link to properly set up the plugin?

I have 9 levels of membership (various prices for external content) but the site content is all the same. Do I make 9 forms and link each one?
