Form Builder License Question

I have a wordpress multisite – it is set up with subdomains…
Will a single site license be all that is required to use the form builder for custom profile pages all all 140+ subdomains? None of the subdomains are mapped to FQDNs – all just use subdomain.maindomain.org

Each activation of the addon requires a license.

Each site/sub-domain in your multi-site install is a separate install (hence the name multi-site). The license is tied to each use/activation of the addon.
