I have created a custom registration form and a custom profile form using your form builder addon. I don’t think applicants for membership are seeing the custom forms when they register for the site, however. I keep getting members who have registered but who have not answered the required questions on the custom forms. This leads me to believe that for some reason they are seeing the standard form, not the custom forms that I have created. Is there a way I can alter the code on the registration page ([swpm_registration_form]) to make sure it’s using the custom form I created for this purpose? For example, if my custom form is called Member Application, can I replace the word “registration” in the code with “Member_Application” and force the software to give new members the custom registration form I wish them to fill out? Or can I refer to the form ID in the page code to generate the custom form I created?
Whatever, it’s not working as your documentation says it does in terms of automatically using the forms I created. If it was, then people would not be able to register without filling in the custom fields I required on the form.
Thanks.
