Form Builder – File upload fields

Good afternoon,

I purchased the above add-on for use with our membership software. A number of members have made me aware (and I’ve tested it myself today) – that if they upload an image on their profile page it get’s uploaded, but then never shows anywhere again.

I am not using the standard profile image field, but rather the custom file upload option. Is there is a reason that once uploaded this does not show on the member’s profile?

Any help gladly received! I really want members to be able to go back to their profile, and amend everything as necessary…
