Hi, I’ve purchased your Form Builder premium add-on and it appears to be working except the custom File Upload field does not appear on the Admin Add Member or Edit Member forms …

http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=simple_wp_membership&member_action=edit&member_id=10This seems like a bug because all the other custom fields do appear on these admin forms.
The custom File Upload field does appear on the front-end registration and profile forms, but that doesn’t help me as an administrator add/edit my existing membership.
Is there a fix for this?
