Form Builder Checkbox selections not saving to profile

Hi,
Great plugin.
When I create a new member via a custom form using the form builder addon the checkbox selections are showing as empty (unchecked) in the member profile page. All the other fields are showing as complete but not the checkboxes.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi when you create a new member via the custom form, does your profile form also have the same fields as the custom form?

Yes they both have the same fields. Every other field pulls the information through but not the checkboxes.

Hi can you enable Debug Mode. Carry out another test by creating a test member, then check the log file.
