If I remove all the SM plugins – delete -them. Remove any swpm tables from the data base – then re-install SM and FORM BUILDER, I get 1 go at creating a form (once created I don’t have access to it – cant edit – nothing) the form shows on the website, but after submitting the form, it re-directs to the standard form. I’m obviously not removing everything in my un-install. Is there a way to completely remove all SM data so I can re-install and have the thing work ?
Oh and it wont let me create a new form after creating the first one.
Hi gussyboy have you submitted a premium support ticket?
I have been replying to your email address [gus@mooloolahpc.com.au] but it keeps bouncing back. Please use a valid email address when you contact us so our replies get to you.
Yes have submitted a ticket. and the address is fine, I just received an email from you. Apparently its all 1s and 0s but I don’t believe it……
Looks like you email address rejects the email if there is an attachment with the email. So whenever I try to send an updated copy of the form builder it bounces. You probably should address that. Anyway, I sent you a download link this time instead of an attachment. Hopefully that won’t bounce.
Looks like its all good now Thank You.. – except the User Entries in the form don’t seem to be accessible anywhere. Will trawl through the forum looking for answers.
