Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › Form Builder Addon. Custom fields not visible for Non Admins
Tagged: form builder addon
I created a custom form using the form builder addon. This form has a custom field drop down box on it. When users sign up or edit their profile the drop down is visible. It’s also visible for administrators when they select a member from the member list and click the “Edit” link.
However I have several users with “Editor” roles that need to see the custom field on the member edit page and it’s not showing up for them. The Simple Membership Plug-in Advanced settings “Admin Dashboard Access Permission” setting is set to Editor so I assumed this would work for the Addon plugins too? But it doesn’t seem to be working.
I tried deactivating all plugins and reactivating them one at a time and it didn’t change anything. Any thoughts?
My site uses a Genesis Theme with a Custom Designed Child Theme.
Thanks,
John
