Form builder add-on plugin – causing error message

Hi

I have paid for the Simple Membership Form Builder and edited the Registration form, so I can gather more information from our customers.

However since activating this paid add-on plugin, I can’t edit the registration page and get this error message:

PHP Warning: Undefined array key “id” in E:\iisroot\www.fenfarmpestcontrol.co.uk\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\swpm-form-builder\includes\class-widget.php on line 53

If I deactivate the add-on Form Builder plugin, I can then edit the registration form, but lose the option of adding more fields to the form.

Can you please advise on how to solve this issue?
