I purchased your Form Builder plugin and have tried activating it on a fresh install of WordPress with only the Simple Membership plugin activated on at least two servers now.

Every time I get the message: Unexpected Error! The query returned with an error.

I’ve been emailing you for support but so far I haven’t heard back.
Are you able to provide any support regarding this?

I really want to use it on my website.

Can you help me get the authorization code to work so I can start making forms?

Hi, I just have no idea what is going on your site with this one. I have never seen that error so I was going to jump on your site and take a look but you were in a hurry and I can’t handle hurry. So the best thing for me was to give you a refund.
