    Hi,

    I have a user who has forgotten their password, but when they click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ button it just takes them to the /membership-login/password-reset page which says ‘You need to login to view this content. Please Login. Not a Member? Join Us’. That takes them back to the login page, and on it goes – a never-ending circle!

    Can you offer advice. Thank you.

    Hi, can you check to make sure that the Password Reset page is not protected by the plugin.

    Ahh, I didn’t consider that!

    Removing the plugin protection from the Password Reset page worked. Thank you mbrsolution.
