Hi I have a website with the plugin and one admin account and a subscriber account. But if i am logged in as admin i can not acess the protected pageseven that the memberlevels ar correct and both checked in on the pages. I have to log in woth the subscriber account to see them. BUT i have another website and there it works as it should as admin i can view all protected pages. What can be wrong?
Hi, please read the following documentation.
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/giving-wordpress-admin-user-access-protected-content/
Thank you.
I am having the same issue. We are supposed to be able to login like normal and see protected content but can’t. I am able to login under cp-login but I should be able to login under wp-admin and be able to see everything according to the directions in the documentation.
@mbergh, can you provide step by step what you did to create the admin profile. I want to make sure I understand correctly what is happening in your site.
Thank you.
I followed the instructions in the documentation and double checked it.
@mbergh, I just completed the instructions mentioned above and I was able to view the protected post as an admin. This confirms that the instructions are correct and the admin can read the content for a protected post or page.
Did you provide access to the newly created admin level for all post and or pages?
Thank you.
