Feature request: more “linking” to users WordPress profile

So we’re expanding to include a BBpress forum. As we use the profile page via Simple Membership to do everything we feel it would be really beneficial if it was possible to add the “forum” fields to the user profile so we can point them to just one location to update everything.

It seems, for example, the profile picture for the user gets sent to the WordPress record…

Is this possible?

For example, being able to include on the profile page fields such as the forum signature, website addresses, that all cross link to the users WordPress profile. I’d only need to direct people to one place to update their details then.

I’m finding BBPress a bit daffy when creating a dynamic profile link in the main navigation menu.
