After processing Stripe payment, screen shows fatal error:
Fatal error! Payment with ref_id swpm_792b9 etc|6936 can’t be found.
The payment is being processed by Stripe, but it is not amending the status of the subscription from expired to active.
Please turn on the SWPM debug logs. Without the debug logs recording what’s going on; any attempt to assist you would be “guessing.”
Also, please review a similar support thread that was resolved, in which the issue was in the Stripe account setup:
