    Hey,

    After the payment, I can see the transaction, but the new member is not added to the members section. When I checked the problem, it says: “Error! Failed to insert a new member record to the database. This request will fail.”

    What do I need to do?

    Do you have the debug logs turned on?

    At first glance, it looks like the site is not communication with the MySQL server. Did you recently relocate or move your site between hosting providers or servers? You might have to contact your (current) hosting provider.

    Thank you! now, m getting the error: Validation Error! The transaction status is not completed yet. Capture Status: PENDING. can you help?

    Is this error for a new member, created after you fixed the last issue? Or is it for a member who joined previously?

    Please post debug log entries, if available.
