I have purchased the Member Data Exporter Addon, and attempted to export a single member.
If I attempt to click export data on member data, nothing happens. If I tick ‘Include custom data’ I receive an error in the browser that says:
/tmp/mozilla_simonh0/w1jqdyaM.csv.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later, or contact the server administrator.
This is frustrating, having paid for the plugin and being the third bug ive run into today trying to get this working on a client/production site
I have tried running this in a virtual machine in Edge browser. The download works if I do not tick to include custom fields in the export data. However If I tick this, i see a ‘Hmmm…can’t reach this page’ error in edge
