Expiring Soon Status–Suggested Improvement

It would be very useful to have an account status called something like “Expiring Soon” to select on to assist with renewal notifications by email. It would be set automatically by the system when the account is close to expiring. There would be a setting to allow the user to choose the length of time before the expiration date when the status would change.

Alternately, you could calculate the expiration date based on the Access Start date and the length of the membership, and make the expiration date an accessible field that could be used as a filter.

Even better, have an option to send out a renewal email to all the Expiring Soon members with a message that the user can define in settings. It would be nice to be able to plug the expiration date into the message.
