ParticipantI keep getting an error when I login using PayPal sandbox. Is this just the PayPal website or is there a problem I’m missing?
Error:
Sorry – your last action could not be completed
If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. If you came to this page from another website, please return to that site (don’t use your browser’s Back button) and try again.
If you came from PayPal’s website, click the PayPal logo in the upper-left-hand corner to return to the home page and try again. You might have to log in again.
We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment.
For some browsers, this problem can be resolved by clearing or deleting cookies.

ModeratorHi check the following instructions for sandbox testing.
Did you by any chance enabled debug mode?

ParticipantThanks so much. I’ll check that out.
This is an awesome plugin so I want to make it work and am sure it’s something I’ve done or not done.
Cheers

ParticipantJust to let you know. I have fixed the PayPal payments by cancelling sandbox mode and just doing live testing.
The “live” tests work but I am not getting the email that should be sent so that the person can actually register.
I have enabled debug mode but am not getting any information since I reset it. Even when I try to click to get the debug info, I just get the URL that says it was reset but it keeps saying it was reset on 11/12/2015 (the first time I actually did reset it).
Since that time, I am unable to check log files at all.
Emails are not being delivered to admin or the person signing up.
Thanks for any help
