We have a REALTOR member reach out this week and let us know that he was having issues logging into his profile.

Here’s what he sent that keeps coming up on his side:
Error! Security check failed for membership level identifier validation.
The submitted membership level data does not match.
If you are using caching please empty the cache data and try again.
If you are using the Form Builder addon, please update the addon and try again.

We already cleared cache, we tried deleting and re installing the plugin, all addons are updated, still not working

Please turn on the debug logs. You mentioned clearing your cache. What caching plugin are you using?

Are you using the registration form of the core plugin or did you modify the registration form using the form builder addon?
