An Error 500 is not an error with the plugin but an error arising from the web hosting of your site. Your server is basically preventing an action (that the plugin is trying to do) from taking place.
These errors can only be analysed and resolved by your hosting provider as they have access to the logs of your website. The best way to solve an Error 500 is to contact your web hosting provider as they have direct access to the server log which will have more details and exact reason as to why you are receiving an internal server error.
Hi, have you contacted your host about this issue? There is very little we can do as you already know a 500 Internal Server Error can only be solved by your host.
Let me know what they say.
Kind regards
