Emails in spam

Hi, do you have any advice to stop the emails sent to new registrations going into spam?

Emails get “sent to SPAM,” for a number of reasons; some of which are not under your control:

1. Your FROM address does not match the domain of the SMTP server used send the email. You can fix this by ensuring your FROM email address has the same domain as the SMTP server used to send the email message.
    
2. Your site’s IP address, domain name, hosting provider, SMTP server, or FROM address has been blacklisted. You really can’t do anything about this, except to find out what blacklisting service is being used, and appeal the blacklisting; or by changing hosting providers.
    
3. It was something you said in the email, or the way you said it. Bad grammar, spelling, or common “cookie cutter” messages; may trigger SPAM filtering at either the recipient’s ISP or mail client level. Usually, asking the recipient to “whitelist” your email address prevents the problem.
