email: not sent after renewing

Hi there.

Emails are working fine. When a user pays, emails are received both from paypal and from wp simple membership.

The problem is when a paypal subscription is renewed the user only gets email from paypal. Shouldn’t WPSMP also send an email to the user stating it has a renewed subscription?

Hi yes they should receive an e-mail when they renew their account. Can you check the following area Email Settings (Account Upgrade Notification) under Email Settings.

Can you also enable Debug Mode and carry out a test. Once you have completed the test can you check the log file.
