When a new member receives notification that their registration is complete, the email is not formatted. It is just one long run-on sentence after another without paragraphs. Example:
Dear [*****] Your registration is now complete! Welcome to the family! Registration details: Username: [*****] Password: ****** Please login to the website and complete your profile. If you don’t know how to upload a pic, send it to [my email address] and I’ll be happy to do it for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please send me an email. God bless, Mary [website url]
I am thinking this may be a WP setting and not necessarily related to SM plugin since some of our forum emails come the same way, but I’m really not sure and would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi, currently our plugin does not support sending e-mails in HTML format. This is in our todo list.

On the email settings page it looks like the email subject and body are separate, and the body text is on separate lines with blank lines between. One would assume that’s how it would display.
@marypearson — I see you’ve been using SWPM for a number of years now. Is this something that is “just now happening” or is it that nobody complained about it, until now?
To be honest I don’t know. I haven’t needed to check it for a long time. I made some changes to my mail settings and noticed that I wasn’t getting notifications of new members anymore, so I was just doing a test to make sure I had things set up correctly when I noticed it.
