When a member is logged in on my site and they click “edit profile” it’s taking them to the member-info page where it reads “You need to click on the view profile link of a member to view the details.” instead of a form where they can edit their profile. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
Hi, are you talking about the Form Builder addon?
Yes!
In that case please create a premium addon support ticket.
Thank you
You’ve labeled this as resolved, but it hasn’t been resolved. I have not yet heard back from the premium support ticket that I created yesterday afternoon. As those posts are not public, I’m not sure of the status. When do you think that I might get a follow up? This is the final item that needs to be fixed for the site to be announced and used. Thank you!
It looks like you have mixed up the main edit profile page with the directory listing addons’ profile display page.
Read the following documentation and make sure all those main required pages are in place. Update the settings with the correct URLs of those pages:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/recreating-required-pages-simple-membership-plugin/
Edit profile page need to contain the edit profile shortcode. Do not mix that up with the directory listing addon at all.
I have sent you an email for it so if you are still having issue you can reply to that email.
