duplicate titles on profile page because of simple membership

hi there,
i have a registration form and the profile page.
when a user goes to the Profile page to update it…i am seeing all the proper fields that i created, but at the bottom of my page, i am seeing all the titles of each field again. duplicates.. can you help?

my site is in maintenance mode. so if you need to log in, i’ll deactivate it for you.

Hi, there is a newer version of the Form Builder add-on 3.3 available. Can you request the new version. Then can you carry out another test.

Hi,
By default field title and field description both are same in form builder. you can edit field description of the form you created. if you don’t want field description then empty the description field.

i updated the plugin and i’m still having the same issue. how can i send you a screen shot of what’s going on. i see my form at the top of the page for members to update their info. but then it all repeats again below, but no fields, just titles. very strange.

Please download a fresh new copy of the addon from here:
https://simple-membership-plugin.com/re-download-the-purchased-addons/

Delete the currently installed one and then install the newly downloaded one. Configure a new form with it. Do you still see the same issue after that?
