I wanted information there is the possibility of getting paid through a donation? So as not to be configured by Paypal as a merchant and then pay taxes?
Please be aware, that accepting donations through any of the payment gateways are considered taxable income; in the United States unless you are a 501(c) organization. The only way around this is to process payments (paper checks or money orders) manually. Also, if you receive more than $500 in any single year through a payment gateway (in the US) a 1099 will be sent to the IRS.
