First question: We’re using the form builder and the member directory on a site using Visual Composer. We’re getting strange display on the member directory page. See the screenshot here: If I include the search form, there’s a lot of whitespace and invisible words. Inside the “pre” tag, the fonts are monospace, so we wrote CSS to change that. There’s also a lot of padding on the member directory listings; I haven’t addressed that yet in CSS. But it surely doesn’t look like your example here

Second question: we have custom fields (e.g. “title”) that we want to appear before a person’s name (e.g. “Dr.” before first name) on the member info page. Is that possible? What we’re trying to accomplish:

(Your “wpinsider” login is still installed. LMK if you need the login URL and we put the site behind a “coming soon” screen to prevent indexing.

It looks like there is some hidden HTML formatting that got copied with the shortcode.

    1) Please edit that wordpress page in question.
    2) Go the “Text” mode in the editor (so you can see everything in the page)
    3) Remove any HTML code that maybe wrapped around the shortcode.
    4) Only keep the shortcode there then save the page.

Does it look better after that?

I have sent the same reply to your email also.
