Disabling Registration & payment

Hi,

I was wondering it was possible to:

1. Disable Registration entirely – as I will manually building the user info behind
2. As manual user info build – i will set the password (with no activation/confirmation) email
3. Set only 1 level of membership (ie. Free only)
4. Redirect the user after login to a specified protected page.
