Date Format

I have many members from different parts of the world, although I run my site from England, and in English.

I have had a couple of queries from people who couldn’t work out when their membership expired, because, for example, 09/02/2017 could mean either 2 September, or 9 February.

Would it be possible to have the month spelled out, either in full (September), or the first three letters (Sep)?

The login widget shows the expiry date using the following format so there shouldn’t be any confusion:

September 2, 2017

Which interface are you referring to where the date value is showing in the 09/02/2017 format?

Hi admin,

I use [swpm_login_form] on a sidebar, which shows the Account Expiry as 09/02/2017.

This is the one which offers a Username and Password box when no-one is logged in.

Is there something else I should use?

Go to your WordPress general settings. What date format are you using there? Do you have it set to show the month name?
