Data is not displayed in Members

Hello,

I’ve now spent hours with the Simple Membership Form Builder and just can’t find the solution. Please help me. On the page: http://vietnamazing.eu/members/ you can see the registration below. However, some things are not transferred:

“Country” is not displayed after registration
“EAZA member” is not displayed
“Newsletter” is not displayed

What do I have to do so that the items are displayed in the members area? What am I doing wrong?
